Darius Milhaud: The Creation of the World, ballet by Blaise Cendrars
Maurice Ravel: The Tomb of Couperin
Darius Milhaud: Cinema-Fantasy after the Ox on the Roof
Patrick Bouchain's masterpiece remains a source of inexhaustible wonder. He offered us unique concerts and suspended moments that make it his living history. This story will take a new impetus with the launch of a new project. The room will indeed take on a new scale. To be able to permanently accommodate the largest orchestral forms, it will perpetuate its stage extension, make acoustic adjustments and finally equip itself with boxes that it sorely lacked. Renaud Capuçon, a child of the region, faithful to Evian, is also at the heart of this adventure and it is therefore logical that the artistic ambition of the festival was entrusted to him. The violinist, artistic director and conductor wished for this anniversary edition a remarkable program, a prelude to a new format of Season.
