Dance Along The BORDERLINE
Modern & Contemporary Dance

1h 11m
Created at the Théâtre de l'Archipel in 2013, Borderline marks a turning point in the research and writing of Sébastien Ramirez and Honji Wang.
This piece for six dancers uses a scenic tool, rigging, which allows you to approach weightlessness and play around weight, balance and freedom of movement. A levitation experience that opens up new gestural horizons for hip-hop dancers. But, Borderline, is above all a play on living together and human relations in our shaky societies.
Love, friendship, camaraderie, differences and differences feed this choreography which is only visual poetry.
Director: Honji Wang & Sébastien Ramirez (Artistic Director & Choreography)
Cast: Louis Becker (Dancer), Johanna Faye (Dancer), Joy Alpuerto Ritter (Dancer), Honji Wang (Dancer), Kai Gaedtke (Dancer), Saïdo Lehlouh (Dancer)
