The “Rising Stars Academy” will cultivate a dynamic operatic ecosystem where young artists can flourish, receiving personalized advice and support as they explore diverse career paths in the arts. Key highlights of this Global Academy program include world-class masterclasses held at international music venues, live-streamed and available on-demand on the SigmArt platform for a wider audience. These offerings are tailored to elevate participants' artistic, professional, and personal growth.

Opening doors and opportunities has always been a priority for the International Opera Foundation, already active in education with masterclasses, staged production of opera masterpieces like La Boheme and summer opera programs with renowned festivals like Festival of Morelia in Mexico. Born in Italy to a Spanish mother and Italian father, Vasco grew up in the United States where he received his first musical training. He later moved to back to Italy where he attended the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory with the fantastic English teacher Margaret Hayward, he also received vocal advice from Arrigo Pola and Gianni Mastino.
In 2016 Vasco left the chorus in Madrid and entered artistic management with Lerín Artists before joining InArt management at the beginning of 2025.

InArt is one of the most well-known and successful opera agencies in world with the most recognized opera singers, conductors and stage directors on roster.
